A REVOICE MARRIAGE RETREAT | JULY 8–9
YOU’RE COMING TO SEATTLE FOR REVOICE25
Come one day early.
Join us and build resilience.
Whether your relationship feels like it’s thriving or struggling or somewhere in between, we invite mixed-orientation couples to come together in a safe space for fellowship and growth. You will also be part of a beautiful, pioneering experience: as far as we know, we are holding the first-ever marriage retreat for mixed-orientation couples!
Dr. Yarhouse brings years of research and therapeutic experience with MOMs, and we are excited to partner with him for our first “MOM-Con.”
But how about MOM-Con?
In a mixed-orientation marriage (or MOM), one or both spouses experience same-sex attraction in a traditional marriage between one man and one woman. MOMs have unique gifts and challenges, often bringing both grace and pain, and you do not have to walk this journey alone.

STEVEN & LAURA LYMPUS
Joining him is our host couple, Steven & Laura Lympus, who have shared a MOM for over 21 years. Steven grew up in Northwest Montana during the Jesus Movement and fell in love with Jesus at an early age. He is gay and shares a mixed-orientation marriage with his wife, Laura. Steven was ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) in 2002. He pastored several congregations in the Northwest and on the West Coast before returning to campus ministry in 2022. He has been coordinating online communities for Revoice (Renew/Sacred Space), and joining the Revoice staff unites his passions for discipleship and care for the SSA/LGBTQ+ Christian community. Steven has contributed to the forthcoming volume Christlike Acceptance across Deep Difference: Constructive Conversations on Sexuality and Gender with Baker Academic. Steven and Laura live in Missoula, MT with their four teenagers and 20+ college students at the Alpha Omega House, a Christian housing community for young adults at the University of Montana.

Together, the three will facilitate conversations and explore tools to build resilience in your marriage. Their desire is to strengthen relationships and the unique witness MOMs bring to the Church and the world.
